Refund policy

If you would like to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of the date of delivery. The product must be unassembled, unused and in saleable condition. Products showing signs of use or missing labels are not considered new and are thus considered non-returnable.

You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is not what you ordered, defective or damaged due to shipping. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Once we have received your item and assessed its condition we will process the refund. If you are returning a product, send an email to info@cbbaby.co.za. We will help you with the specifics and answer any questions about your return.

Pre-Loved & Display Models

All pre-loved and display model items are sold as final sale.

These items have been carefully inspected and are sold at a reduced price, reflecting their condition. While they come with a 1-year service warranty, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

We encourage customers to review all product details and images carefully before purchasing, and please feel free to contact us if you have any questions prior to placing your order.
