Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer door-to-door courier service by our nominated courier company. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order.
All orders will be dispatched within 2-5 working days, unless there is a specific lead time for a product. Courier delivery usually takes 3-7 days once order has been dispatched. Please note that orders are only activated once we have received confirmation of your payment and the payment has cleared.
CB Baby assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse delivery of the package, you will be charged for return shipping. We will assist customers with filing a claim in the event of loss, theft or denial signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the courier company about any loss or delivery disputes.
RETURNS POLICY
If you would like to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of the date of delivery. The product must be unassembled, unused and in saleable condition. Products showing signs of use or missing labels are not considered new and are thus considered non-returnable.
You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is not what you ordered, defective or damaged due to shipping. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

If your order is damaged in anyway on delivery, please notify us immediately at We will arrange to get you a non-damaged item as soon as possible.
PAYMENT METHOD
We have two payment options when buying CB Baby's Online Store:
1. EFT directly into our bank account. (Bank details are provided for on the invoice)

2. Credit Card.
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments via Payfast's safe and secure payment platform
3. Payflex
