The multi-award winning zip-up swaddle that allows your baby to sleep in a more natural ARMS UP™ position.

The Swaddle Up™ is an easy-to-use zip-up swaddle, designed to support a natural arms-up sleep position for gentle self-soothing and longer sleep.

  • Swaddle with confidence: A consistent, secure fit in seconds, for every nap and nighttime.
  • Self-soothing made easy: Natural arms-up position allows for easy hand-to-face self-soothing.
  • A familiar hug: Mimics a calming, womb-like feeling with a secure snug fit, and stretch to calm the startle reflex.
  • Stress-free sleep: A simple two-way zip for easy and quiet nappy changes.
  • Hip-healthy freedom: Spacious around the hips and legs allows for healthy hip development.
  • Ultimate peace of mind: Achieve safer sleep with no loose layers.
  • The DreamStretch™ difference: Innovative signature fabric engineered with premium yarn and a 4-way superior stretch for breathability, durability and super soft comfort.
  • Fabric content: Outer & Lining: 93% Cotton 7% Elastane; Filling: 100% Cotton

The fit should be snug. A snug fit around the arms and torso helps calm the Moro/Startle Reflex. The neck hole should fit closely and comfortably without being restrictive (you should be able to get 1 to 2 fingers in the neck hole). The neck hole must not be able to pass up and over the baby's mouth. For the best fit, please select the size based on your child's weight, not their height or age.

This 2.5 TOG Material is ideal for room temperatures between 16°C & 20°C.

    What does TOG mean?

TOG stands for Thermal Overall Grade. It's a unit of measurement that tells you how warm a fabric will keep your baby. This makes dressing your baby simpler and safer as both overheating and loose layers like blankets, can pose a risk to infant sleep.

So the higher the TOG number (3.5 TOG), the warmer and typically thicker, the garment. These are ideal for colder temperatures as they keep more warmth in. The lower the number (0.2 TOG), the lighter and thinner the fabric, making it better suited for hotter temperatures as it allows for more airflow.

    Put simply:

The lower the TOG rating, the lighter and less insulating the fabric.

The higher the TOG rating, the warmer and more insulating the fabric.
